Factory Lead Time Terms
Usually, Fairing set lead time in our factory need 7-10 days then will be shipped out . however, it may take up to 4-5 business days to process your payment If you pay via bank wire transfer.
Our factory manufacture plan based on customer's order, so the lead time from factory need 7-10 days, but some time , cause the order quantity may over our manufacture capacity or weather reason, the lead time may extend 15-20 days. becasue we accept money via paypal, so please don't worry ,all order in processing, your money is safty.
About Item
All items sold by us are being described to the best of our abilities, as accurate as possible, and with utmost conscientiousness on our part.
There, the buyer need to understand few important information.
1)Our fairings are aftermarket parts
2)Some model manufacture craft use 2 sort diffrent technique ,ABS compression moulding or ABS injection molding, the have option to choice..
3) Although all our fairings had test by ourself ,and have Pre-Drilled to convenience buyer begin fitting work, but the fitting work may still need make small adjust by buyer selves or need got help from professional worker .
4)We had to do our best to show every fairings real paint work color pic or describe as reference before buyer make order, but cause the reason of light or photo technique or webpage resolution error , all our show pic just can be understood as reference , we can not keep 100% our color will matched your original parts,if you not send parts,sample or color card to us.
5)To avoid any potential oversights, I respectfully request your assistance in helping us to make this a mutually satisfactory transaction by THOROUGHLY reviewing item description and photos, and asking all questions PRIOR TO BUY.
If you need send sample to us to , please use DHL or UPS, we'll give you discount coupon to offset your sample shipping fee.
Return & Refunds
1.We offer no reason to return trems within 3 days after you picked up order. but we'll charge 100us$ for restock fees and we not response shipping back freight.
2.We are not responsible for the packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.but if the shipping damage really happened,please notice us asap after received the packet, we'll give your facory cost to make replace or some time we can give free replace parts,that's depend on the speed of your feedback or damaged level of serious, if the time over 7 days, we can not give positive response.
3.Incorrect or defective item: No extra charge, we will replace them and pay return shipping charges. but please notice the list reason can not as reason for replaced or return:
3.1 "The paint color not match My original bike" - please notice our fairings is after market parts,not original accessories, so if you not have special request such as send color card or fairings parts to us as your color paint work standard, we can not accept take our fairings compare with original parts.
3.2 "The fairings can not fit or not as same as the original parts" - Please don't worry, all our fairings model had test fitting and inspected can install on bike, and we had Pre-Drilled for install in convenient, but some time the fitting work still need make small adjust by self, if you want easy fitting works, we have injection molding option. you can choice this option to promote your fairings grade.
3.3"Your fairings thiner than original fairings,not good or use permanently " - Our fairings material is hight quality ABS plastic, some original fairings or your old fairings may made of carbon fiber or glass fiber or engineering plastics, and the compression moulding or injection molding manufacture may have diffrent on material thickness.so this is incomparable. and the fairings is bodyworks to reduce air damping and protect bike interior parts, so if the bike no slip or have huge strike , you can use our faiirngs for 10 -20 years.(ABS plastice have good feature is slow deterioration)
4.Buyer need responsible for the postage cost of returned, The item must be return in good condition with original packaging and accessories, and never installed or mounted.. We are not responsible for any lose of the returning item.
